Serving Historic Downtown Prescott
Ride Prescott

"This changes the way we do Real Estate."

No more waiting for people to wander into your office; we’ve made floor time mobile! By offering a FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE during the daytime hours in Downtown Prescott, we open the door to meet the thousands of people visiting Prescott who may be thinking of relocating. In addition, you will be advertising your real estate business while you drive; your personal ad will be visible to other drivers and pedestrians. Once you’re trained, pick your shift to rent the cart. You can pick up riders anywhere in Downtown, and your phone number will be listed for riders to call for pickup (allowing you to capture their contact info.) Driver faq's

How often can I drive?

We have one shift during each weekday: 11am-4pm, Monday - Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, we have two shifts:  10am -2pm and 2pm- 6pm. Shifts are available 1st come, 1st served.  Each shift has a nominal rental fee for the cart, based on day of week and activities in Prescott. There is a one-time fee to be added to our insurance and for training.

Can I advertise on the Cart?

Absolutely. There is space on the cart for you to set up whatever you wish to have in your mobile office when you drive.  If you wish to have a full-time ad presence on the cart, there are options for the season.

How many leads can I expect?

As many as you can generate! Prescott realtors quickly discovered the power of becoming a visitors "first friend" in the area; by simply handing riders their business card at the end of the ride and offering to help with any area questions.  When a rider calls you, you also have lead capture in having their number, too.

What are the Requirements?

All drivers must complete a one time class on cart operation and safety, plus pass a cart driving test.  Training time takes about 2 hours to complete, and has a one-time cost.  This adds you on to our Commerical insurance policy.  You will need to provide a copy of your Driver's license, proof of current auto insurance and a copy of your level-one fingerprint clearance card.

How do I get Rides?

Offering a “free shuttle ride” to pedestrians, and phone calls from riders off our website AND our app kiosks in local hotels and tourist hotspots. Your contact info is listed as an available driver during your shift - they call you directly and allow you to capture their contact info. Riders you pick up should be offered your business card so they can call you for a return pick-up (or better yet - for their real estate needs!)

How do I sign up?

Simple!  Fill out our online application to drive, sign up for orientation and pick your shifts.  Shifts are first come, first served, so sign up today!
